Our roles are diverse and interesting working with children aged 0 to 12 years with disabilities or developmental delays. Day to day work includes one to one therapy, group work, trans-disciplinary team work, inclusion support in early childhood settings and schools, work within Aboriginal & CALD communities and with children in out of home care.

We offer above award rates and conditions for our employees. ODEEP employees are also provided with flexible working conditions and leave entitlements.

 

  • Salary Packaging.

Salary Packaging is offered to permanent full and part time employees of ODEEP. This benefit enables staff to reduce the amount of income tax paid and therefore increase their disposable income. Employees can salary package various expenses such as rent or mortgage payments, household utilities and loan payments. Other salary packaging options include novated car leasing, meal entertainment allowance and superannuation salary sacrifice.
