ODEEP Waiting List Request Form

Orange District Early Education Program (ODEEP) provide specialised education and therapy services to children aged 0 - 12 years old who have  a delay or disability. We work with children and families within the Orange,  Blayney and Cabonne local government areas and by agreement in other locations outside of these areas. Completing this form does not guarantee a space on the waiting list, as certain criteria apply.

Due to the high volume of new referrals we receive, it can take up to 10 business days to phone you regarding your referral, particularly within school holidays. Rest assured your child will maintain their place on the waiting list from the date you submit the referral.

 

We are able to accept children with NDIS plans, and in some circumstances can provide services for privately paying clients or for services such as out of home care. Unfortunately at this stage we do not accept Medicare referrals.

 

If your child has needs in only one area (for example speech) and does not have an NDIS plan you may be eligible for therapy from community health through your local hospital. If you feel your child may be eligible for NDIS funding, you can contact Mission Australia for assistance with determining eligibility for the NDIS. Please continue to fill out the referral form so that your child can be placed on our waiting list.

 

ODEEP does not provide diagnostic services for Autism, ADHD and other neurodevelopmental conditions, diagnoses are generally provided by a paediatrician, clinical psychologist or psychiatrist.
