What do we do?

ODEEP staff aim to optimise a child’s learning  and participation opportunities in everyday activities in the home and in the wider community. We know that this may require additional ideas, support, equipment or developmental programs to achieve this. That is where ODEEP comes in. Programs will change over time depending upon what your family is looking for at the time.

Early childhood intervention services are based on the idea that help for young children with delays or disabilities works best when parents and professionals work together as partners.

Early Childhood Intervention is much more than therapy. It involves individual services that focus on issues that are important to the family and other professionals working with the child.

ODEEP also knows that parents/carers and other family members of young children with delays and disabilities sometimes need some extra attention themselves too!.

Our therapy areas include Speech Pathology, Occupational Therapy, Dietetics, Physiotherapy and we also have experienced Early Childhood Educators.
